At Piper Hill, we have used the ‘5 ways to well-being’ framework for our approach to Mental Health and Emotional Well-being.
This Comprises of:

- Get Active
- Keep Learning
- Give to Others
We consider all these elements each and every day but in addition to this we have developed ‘Well-being Wednesday’ where we promote the participation of well-being activities.
